Job Requirement :
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
Atleast 1 year of working experience in administrative
Possess a valid driving license and able to drive for work related task
Basic understanding of factory operation, production flow and inventory processes is an added advantage
Able to work at factory environment
Proactive and responsible attitude, able to anticipate needs and act without being told
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
:
Handle daily office administrative task such as filling, document preparation and record maintenance,
Attend to walk in visitor / external parties
Prepare material request forms and follow up on material issuance or replenishment
Handle ad-hoc task assigned by superior or head of department
All assigned ad-hoc tasks completed within the given timeline
Drive for work-related tasks when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
