- At least 1 year working experience in administration, accounting, or any related fields.
- Good in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Exhibits an aggressive and fast learner attitude.
Responsibility
- Proficiently handle day-to-day administration, accounting functions and operations.
- Efficiently coordinate and take charge of annual license renewals, company motor vehicle inspections, insurance, and road tax renewals.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts for customers.
- Manage the customer invoicing process with precision.
- Responsively handle supplier queries regarding invoices or payments.
- Accurately input basic accounting transactions, including supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
- Ensure smooth and organized documentation for accounts.
- Monitor, arrange, and organize document filing.
- Ensure accurate and proper data entry for transactions.
- Manage documentation for both accounts and administration.
- Flexibly perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
