SYARAT KELAYAKAN:



MININUM DIPLOMA MINIMUM WORKING EXPERIENCE AS ADMIN 3YEARS FAMILIAR IN E-PEROLEHAN SYSTEM WILL BE ADVANTAGE EXPERIENCE IN USING M/WORDS, M/EXCEL , M/POWER POINT


Prepare, review, and manage all tender-related documentation.

Collect required information from the Technical and Finance Departments for bid preparation. Organize, update, and maintain tender records in a systematic manner. Ensure all tender documents are submitted before the tender closing date. Manage the tender submission process, either physical or online. Review tender requirements and ensure full compliance with all stipulated conditions. Handle communication with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Prepare brief reports on tender status and tender outcomes.


Be able to Prepare quotation invoices, work report , delivery order and etc

WORKING TIME

MONDAY TO FRIDAY (8:00AM - 5:00PM) SATURDAY ( ONCE IN A MONTH) (9:00AM - 1:00PM) OFF DAY SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY
