Admin & Bookkeeping- Work from home : : With operations in both Singapore and Malaysia our small operation is looking for someone to handle the admin and daily bookkeeping of the operation. This person will be expected to handle the following tasks: \xc2\xb7 Daily Accounts \xc2\xb7 GST for Singapore. \xc2\xb7 Bank Reconciliation \xc2\xb7 Issue invoices \xc2\xb7 Update customers portals, (upload invoices, download PO) \xc2\xb7 Inform team of customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders. \xc2\xb7 Handle suppliers orders \xc2\xb7 Booking of cross boarder trucking from Singapore to Malaysia \xc2\xb7 Oversee stock management system \xc2\xb7 Submit EPF, and CPF \xc2\xb7 Who are we looking for? \xc2\xb7 An experienced admin and accounts clerk. Familiar with Xero, MS excel, and MS word. \xc2\xb7 Must be fluent in English. \xc2\xb7 Ideal candidate.
