proactive and detail-oriented Admin (Business Development)
to support our Business Development team in managing all documentation, agreements, and coordination tasks related to outlets and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, renew, and manage
agreements, contracts, and related documentation
.
Handle
agreement stamping, renewal tracking
, and ensure all documents are properly signed and filed.
Maintain an organized and updated
database of agreements and renewal schedules
.
Liaise with
landlords, agents, and internal departments
to follow up on agreement matters and timelines.
Assist in preparing
letters, memos, and supporting documents
for BD-related activities.
Support the BD team in
coordinating new outlet openings, closures, or renewals
.
Provide general
administrative and clerical support
to ensure smooth operations within the BD department.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
.
1-2 years of working experience
in administration or coordination roles (experience in F&B or retail is an advantage).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
.
Organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
Independent, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
