Job Description
Position: Admin (Chemical Warehouse)
Working duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Salary range: Basic up to RM2000
Working Hours/Day: Monday - Friday (0800 to 1730)
Working Location: Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Complex A, Mas Engineering, 47200 Subang, Selangor
Job responsibilities & requirement:
- Create PR and follow up PO with Indirect sourcing team
- Follow up on the open PO and checking through email for delays on delivery from suppliers.
- Create receiving tag through SAP and put aways item as per designated location.
- Create issuance tag through SAP based on picklist from production
- Following up monthly expiry chemicals and proceed disposal activity in SAP system.
- Prepare replenishment for all the expiring chemicals.
- Daily walk around to check and replenish the stocks at production area.
- Weekly recording on temperature reports in GE Box.
- Housekeeping for warehouse & all other issues related to storage of products.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
- SPM/Diploma/Certificate
- One year of working experience in warehouse chemical storage is preferable
- Open for fresh graduate/ internship @ graduate trainee in logistic related
- Knowledge in SAP is preferable
- Good English communication as this role will communicate with external supplier and vendor
- Training will be provided
