Job Description

JOB SCOPE:



Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying Prepare documents such as delivery orders, and issue invoices and maintain orfanized and efficient filing systems Ensure accurate product quantities on online stores, aligning warehouse inventory with system records. Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels: phone, email, social media chats, and walk-ins. Manage customer refunds, returns and complaints ensuring proper resolution and coordinating with management as needed. Create product descriptions using template for new items.

QUALIFICATION:



Minimum STPM or Diploma in any profession (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Basic proficiency in Malay and English (spoken and written) Computer literate ( Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc) Comfortable with maths
Full time:
Monday to Saturday
8:00am to 4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
