We serve more than 120,000 free and paid subscription members. Some of our members have been using our services since year 2004!

LelongTips.com.my features 2 types of membership subscription, normal member and paid LelongTips-VIP. Most of our members are Real Estate Professionals, ie. valuers, investors, agents, developers, auctioneers, lawyers, asset institutions, and individuals.

When we began in 2004, we only feature up-to-date auction properties listings.

Now, besides being the biggest source for auction listings nationwide, we also provide past auction transaction records, private treaty sales, on-demand services like property title search, auction property plans/location map, gather and analyse property market data into useful bidding decision, and disclose open or hidden costs of an auction property like outstanding statements.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
