Job Description

Job Purpose/Summary:



To process documents/policies outsource to Operations Excellence - Process Support Centre (PSC). To handle general office job functions.

Key responsibilities:



To ensure tasks assigned are carry out promptly and accurately. To ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in Accuracy, Turnaround Time and Productivity are achieved consistently as stated in the Business Goals. To ensure all data capturing templates/systems are consistently updated in an agile and accurate manner. To update user manual timely & accurately. To seek collective success through diversity and collaboration, support and working together with all team members to achieve team objectives. To be able to process 1 core + 1 cross function and performing UAT. Good behaviours to be consistently carry out. To assist Supervisor in any other duties assigned when deemed necessary. Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned. Assist in conducting training (if assign). Assist in Cross/Pre/Post Checking (if assign).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
