Kelayakan

  • Understand and able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language
  • Familiar with application such as Email (Ms Outlook), Word Document and Excel File.
  • Data entry training will be provided for Work view, eBiz and P/Asia (they will be a Chubb team lead and 2 staff based at the PJ office to guide)
  • Working Hours : 9 am - 6 pm (Mon-Fri), 9 am - 1 pm (Sat)
Tanggungjawab
  • Perform administrative tasks such as handling bookings, policy issuance, endorsement and cancellation; including data capturing to computer system. Ensure policies / endorsements are issued within turnaround time.
  • Attending phone calls/emails from business units and intermediaries.
  • Sorting and dispatching of policies / endorsements, binding and filling of documents.
  • Other duties as assigned
