Admin Clerk / Admin Executive

Job Description


  • Well verse with basic accounting software such as MYOB, Quickbooks, Autocount and has basic knowledge in account
  • Possess driving license and own transport
Responsibilities
  • Perform variety of clerical duties.
  • Preferably dynamic and cooperative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision.
  • Perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
  • Answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
  • Handle scheduling, compile, maintain, update company and business records, perform daily office and business-related task,
  • Perform bookkeeping, process account payables and receivables, obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents and records.
  • Prior secretarial experience is preferred. Strong communication skills, superb organisational skills
