  • Basic Salary - RM1600
  • Attendance allowance : RM100
  • Location : Bukit Seputeh, 50460 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform operational responsibilities for business process outsourcing projects assigned by the immediate superior / team manager.
  • Operates within the requirements of Safety, Security and Environment Policy, Quality Systems, Company Guidelines, applicable Procedures, and budget.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Perform the operational responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior / team manager according to agreed standard operating procedures.
  • Execute assigned tasks, maintain activity records, and assist with the monitoring of processes to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA\xe2\x80\x99s).
  • Communicate and work with the team to meet customer expectations and department KPI / Goals.
  • Escalate issues to immediate superior as they arise.
  • To perform other responsibilities and duties this may be assigned from time to time in order to meet DMS operational and/or other requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ROLE
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Software experience relevant to the project
  • Able to contribute and work in a self-managed cross disciplined team environment
Job Type: Contract Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
