Job Description


Job responsibilities: 1) Preparations of quotations, sales order, invoice and progress claim. 2) Track project progress claim. 3) Manage accounts receivables and payables. 4) Filling paperwork, answering phone calls, checking email. 5) Preparing documents and administrative support to the project manager. 6) Handle petty cash. 7) Preparations of payroll. 8) Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: 1) Proactive, work independent and Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 2) Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U and above. 3) Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English. 4) Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office. 5) Six (6) working days. 7) Possess own transport and willing to travel when required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
