Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Basic clerical duties such as Quotation, Delivery Order, Filling, and General Administration.
  • Assist in calling customers.
  • Recording of invoicing & sorting it.
  • Responsible for simple accounting functions i.e. payment, data entries, and filling.
  • Ensure all documents are filed accordingly, updated & maintained.
  • Answering phone calls, sorting outcoming fax & correspondence.
  • Working hours: 6 days a week
  • (Monday to Friday:9 am to 6 pm; Saturday 9 am to 1 pm)
  • Willing to work extra hours.
Requirements:
  • Preferably Female
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma Holder.
  • Mature & result-oriented with a positive outlook.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum guidance and meet tight datelines.
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
  • Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Taman Melawati.
  • A full-time position is available.
  • Self-motivated and have self-discipline.
  • Own Transportation.
Start immediately Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
  • Meal allowance
