Job Description


  • Familiarity with office technology (computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proactive, organized, and strong multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and friendly phone manner.
Responsibilities
  • Perform office tasks (filing, mail delivery, email and phone handling, data entry).
  • Manage schedules and calendars for multiple parties.
  • Arrange travel and prepare meeting documents and facilities.
  • Update and maintain records for company, employees, and clients.
  • Order, store, and distribute office supplies.
  • Maintain and repair office equipment.
