Main duties and tasks: 1. To support and assist the Office General Manager in performing the following tasks:
  • Maintaining accounting records, client records, and other company records
  • Handling couriers and postage, and other day-to-day office administrative matters
  • Banking related matters
  • Handling clients and Inland Revenue Board correspondences
  • Organising meetings, seminars and other company events
2. Report to the Director and the Office General Manager Skills Required:
  • Computer skills including proficiency with various computer applications e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Reasonable verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month Benefits:

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
