[HIRING] Admin Clerk - Tea & Coffee Factory (Cheras)

Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

Join our growing tea & coffee manufacturing team!



Job Scope:

Handle admin, accounting (AR & AP), and data entry Issue invoices, DO & receipts Documentation, filing, and basic HR tasks Plan & manage order fulfillment (internal/external) with operation team Attend to walk-in customers, calls, emails, ecommerce Assist in MESTI, HALAL, safety program compliance


? Requirements:

Computer skills (Word & Excel) a must Knowledge in SQL or other accounting software Fluent in BM & English STPM/A-level and above Knowledge in MESTI/HALAL is a bonus 19-35 years old


Working Hours:

Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm | Sat: 8.30am-1.00pm
