Admin Clerks are responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in the office setting and support of business operation within a department such as : \xc2\xb7 Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases \xc2\xb7 Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence \xc2\xb7 To manage and coordinate all operational on related matters such as Sales, Booking, Sales & Purchase Agreement, Loan, etc. \xc2\xb7 Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions \xc2\xb7 Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments \xc2\xb7 Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records \xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment \xc2\xb7 Perform basic bookkeeping and banking transactions, including the collection, counting, and disbursement of money \xc2\xb7 Prepare and mail bills, invoices, checks, and contracts \xc2\xb7 Handle wholesales department \xc2\xb7 Bookkeeping and monthly accounts preparation \xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc assigned by management Requirements : -Diploma/ Bachelor\'s level in any related courses - Pleasant and good interpersonal personality - Good communication skills and multitasks - Strong organizing skills, good in work prioritizing. - Female (Below 35) - Have own transportation Kindly contact: Miss Syafiqah - 0195466709 (WS only) Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 per month Benefits:
