Job Description

To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the site assigned. Perform general and administrative duties. To compile and store all incoming and outgoing documents, report and drawings form relevant parties in the project. Handle basic correspondences on daily basis, documentation, filing and follow-up functions to correspond with company's ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements. To handle, follow-up and record the delivery orders, material requisition form (MRF), leave form and record, correspondence etc on daily basis. To perform any other administrative tasks assigned by company from time to time
