  • Good communication skills in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, data entry, document preparation).
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documents.
  • Maintain proper records and databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and provide administrative support as needed
