1. To assist payroll information by checking attendant records.
2. Keep employee records up to date and keep track on leave records
3. Monitor office equipment and stationery
4. Responsible for key in attendance in excell and Payroll preparation
-Responsible for managing & administration of the Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities.
5. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll and invoice to clients.
6. Responsible to control documents and data.
7. Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts-related matters.
8. Responsible for and ensured proper maintenance of all expenses and financial and accounting entries, records, and reports, in accordance with the company\'s accounting policies and procedures.
9. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
10. Update employee database, monthly attendance & leave application, medical claims, and absenteeism.
