Kelayakan

  • Must maintain a valid Drivers\' License
  • Experience in an office support role preferred
  • Able to use general office equipment e.g. computer, printer, copier
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English would be an advantage
Tanggungjawab
  • Receive and greet visitors to the office/factory
  • Assist with making and responding to or re-directing phone calls and emails
  • Data entry and organization of documents
  • Organize and maintain the function of the office/factory
  • Completes needed drop-offs, pick-ups, and transportation
  • Providing continuous support to the staff and various departments
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
