Job Description


Job Responsibility To attend to conveyancing files such as Project Sale and Purchase Agreements, sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreements (individuals and companies), retail and corporate loans, refinancing loan, Deed of Receipt and Reassignment, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, filing of real property gains tax forms, application of state authority consent to transfer and charge, stamping of documents etc. Familiar with various banks\' portals, Smartbox, LHDN, e-Court and payments to the land offices via online. Job Requirements Years of experience in conveyancing: 0-5 years and above. Full-time, Permanent. Willing to learn, hardworking and responsible. Job Benifits EPF SOSCO
