Job Description

Your Role:

Answer incoming calls and communicate with customers in a friendly manner. Flexibly schedule class times. Manage student check-ins and registrations. Provide high-quality service and assist customers with inquiries and registrations. Perform basic computer and administrative tasks.

We Are Looking For:

Fresh graduate are welcome. Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be added advantage. Passionate and cheerful. Bilingual or trilingual with excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills.

Working Hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM?1 hour break) Monday: Off day

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
