Admin Clerk (production)

Job Description

Prepare duty roster of all Production and QC staff every month. Update and prepare attendance including overtime of all Production and QC staff to Human Resources Department. Responsible to provide all admin record form to all Production and QC staff. To disseminate information from HR admin to all Production and QC staff. Collecting, filing, and organizing production documents. Check and ensure all documents are filed and arranged properly. Responsible in data entry for production process. Ensure accurate data entry and proper filing of records and forms. Responsible on checking insect netting and insect killer at production area. Responsible on ordering production items and raise purchase request. To receive purchased items from warehouse personnel. Check and update stock inventory data in production store and order insufficient item.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM level with relevant experience in similar capacity. Knowledge in computers skills in mandatory (e.g., MS Excel/ MS Words/ MS Power Point & etc.) Self-disciplined with positive attitude. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to complete task on time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
