Job Description

Position Summary:

To perform QA role, ensuring SLAs are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre- and/or post-in-force accuracy checks on a pre-determined sample size of processed transactions. Compile and summarize identified errors, then share findings with the processing team. Prepare and report accuracy rates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Ensure all data entries in systems or manual templates/reports are updated and submitted promptly and accurately. Organize and conduct training sessions, develop training schedules, and continuously assess training quality using the Training Evaluation Form. Develop and maintain User Manuals and/or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Participate in improvement projects and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or enhanced processes, products, or systems. Carry out assigned processing and data entry tasks. Be capable of handling one core function plus two cross functions. Assist the Supervisor in daily operations, reporting, and project-related activities.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
