Job Description


  • Computer skills - using appropriated computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data
  • entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management
  • environment, working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Google Docs/ Sheets.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  • Able to communicate with client through phones and messages.
  • Able to manage clerical/ paperwork.
  • Higher Basic Salary given if able to do poster editing.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/ external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Take dictation a no minuted and accurately enter data
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system.
  • Organise workload, set priorities and works within deadlines
  • Office working hours of 5 day work week
