Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Basic knowledge of poultry or farm operations is an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in clerical/administrative tasks.
  • Experience in farm operations or poultry industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) and data entry systems.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational, reporting and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports, monitor inventory and handle farm documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and reliable in handling farm data.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a strong team player.
  • Flexible with working hours and willing to be on-call.
  • Able to work at Kampung Baru Subang, Shah Alam
Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Clerk to support our farm operations team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, farm data reporting, coordination with customers and suppliers, and ensure smooth day-to-day documentation flow for poultry farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly farm performance reports and maintain record accuracy.
  • Assist in coordinating monthly DOC sales with breeder farms.
  • Support broiler sales, invoicing, and repopulation documentation.
  • Handle purchase records for broilers, layers, and breeders for Sri Segar and Kong Lee Eng.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks related to farm operations.
  • Liaise between farm teams and customers on delivery schedules, distribution, and complaints.
  • Compile batch performance reports and assist in verifying monthly worker salary summaries.
  • Manage farm data entry, filing systems, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate farm medicine and feed arrangements in record and documentation aspects.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination to the farm coordinator and management team.
  • Be available to assist via phone when urgent farm or customer matters arise.
