Preparing sales documents such as quotations, Delivery order and Invoices.
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, data entry, incoming call, scanning, faxing, copying, filling and preparing monthly reports
Cordinate, prepare and compile tender submission documents
Liase with vendors and service providers to obtain quotations and process purchase orders
To assist daily operations in an effective and efficient manner within the policies & procedures set by the company.
