2) Clerk (Quality Assurance Document Management) - 1 position
Manage and maintain project documentation.
Support site management in handling administrative duties on-site.
Assist in tracking project timelines and updates.
Ensure proper filing and organization of project records.
Maintain daily logs and site reports.
Record and maintain site personnel daily attendance, overtime and leave application.
Arranging interview as necessary.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least STPM or Diploma in any field.
Required skills : Basic Microsoft Office skill.
Strong communication skill and able to work in a team.
Having at least 2 years working experience in construction administrative work will be added advantage.
Candidate with short notice will be preferred.
Fresh graduates with great personality are encouraged to apply.
Able to work at Penang.
