ResponsibilitiesThe Admin Clinic is responsible for managing and processing claims for panel clinics, hospitals, or other healthcare providers. Familiar with clinical work or used to be Clinic Assistant before is a plus. This role involves ensuring that all claims are processed in accordance with the company's policies and within regulatory guidelines, while providing excellent customer service to clients and healthcare providers.Key Responsibilities:Panel Management:
  • Maintain and update the list of panel healthcare providers.
  • Ensure all panel agreements and documents are up-to-date.
  • Handle panel provider registrations, renewals, and terminations.
Communication:
  • Serve as the contact point between the company and panel providers.
  • Handle inquiries, issues, and requests from panel clinics and hospitals.
  • Ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of any administrative issues.
Documentation:
  • Keep accurate and organized records of all panel-related agreements, communications, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and storage of documents for audits and reviews.
Coordination:
  • Assist in coordinating panel provider visits, audits, or meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., claims, finance) to ensure efficient operations with panel providers.
Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on panel status, new registrations, and any pending issues.
  • Keep management informed of any changes or issues with panel providers.
