Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS



1. Overseeing the process of new company setup.

2. Manage the preparation, updates, and maintenance of meeting minutes, company resolutions, and legal documents.

3. Manage the tracking and verification of all statutory documents, ensuring they are routinely updated.

4. Responsible for the timely submission of all corporate statutory forms and returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

5. Keep clients informed of changes and compliance requirements by sending regular communications and reminders.

6. Coordinate all communications between the company and external parties, including the Companies Commission of Malaysia, lawyers, and auditors.

7. Responsible for the preparation and issuance of all secretarial invoices.

7. Assist with other projects as they arise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



1. Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration, Accounting or Business Management.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

3. Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and report writing skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

4. Have driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
