Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle daily administrative tasks for the service division Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and customers Manage appointment schedules and service records Assist in appointment, invoicing, and data entry Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field Preferably with experience in automotive service/admin (Perodua experience is an advantage) Basic computer skills (MS Office, system data entry) Good communication and organizational skills Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
