Job Description

Responsible to source and secure venue schedule to be fulfilled with retail and non-retail activations in an effective and efficient work schedule within the project's objective/KPI Responsible to update and scheduling team work assignment based on the confirmed master venue schedule Coordinating project matters to ensure smooth operations and adherence to plans and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations Assist in compiling the sales reports and other related weekly/monthly reports Administration tasks - flight/accommodation booking and payment processing, inventories check/balance, attendance/leave/expenses tracking and other day-to-day operational matters to support the Project Manager and team

Working days will be 6 days / week from Mon - Sat start from 9.00am - 5.30pm*

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
