Job Description


Job Responsibility Administration Responsible for ensuring all legal documents, confidential agreements, registered licenses, bills, and confidential documents are renewed and safe kept accordingly Managing of office supplies procurement and sourcing of vendor (Pantry / Stationery / Business Name cards etc) Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance, communications, daily expenses, operational compliance, work permits, and so on. Report to the direct superior upon succession of any tasks accordingly To undertake any other duties and responsibilities when require by the management. Assist in office operations Human Resources Manage certain aspects of onboarding and offboarding process such as handouts of new hire pack, office induction tour, door access, returns of office supplies etc Update HRBP with HR related issues, or any others that employees encountered Assist on recruitment activities such as posting of job advertisement, shortlisting, screening, and interview arrangements. Update timely, relevant policies, procedures, organization charts and forms Job Requirements Education:Diploma / Degree in administration or Human Resources with similar field. Skills:Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Office. Experience:At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Experience in Admin and human resources is preferred.
