Job Summary:
Handles both office administration and basic accounting tasks to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
A. Administration
? Filing documents (digital and physical)
? Handling correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
? Managing office supplies and equipment
? Supporting HR tasks (leave records, onboarding documents)
? Scheduling and organizing meetings
B. Accounting
? Preparing and issuing invoices
? Processing payments and expense claims
? Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
? Entering accounting data into the system
? Assisting with payroll and basic reports
Skills Required
1) Around 2 year of experience in an admin or accounts role is helpful.
2) Basic accounting knowledge
3) Good communication skills
4) Familiar with MS Office and accounting software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
