We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping, as well as assisting account department to make payments.
Making purchasing order (PO) in Xero for all the purchasing materials from designers & site managers.
Maintaining office regulations & purchasing order via email or WhatsApp suppliers
Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence, scheduling monthly meeting and organising office supplies
Continuously seeking ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, site managers, suppliers, sales team, and operation warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication during purchasing order.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
