We are looking for a

reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Account Assistant

with

hands-on experience in HR, accounting, and general administration

. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced investment environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities


Administration:



Handle day-to-day office administration: document filing, scheduling, record keeping Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors

Accounting:



Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable Support preparation of internal financial reports and audit documentation

Human Resources:



Maintain staff records, leave tracking, and HR documentation Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding Support general HR operations and employee matters

Requirements



Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field

Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience

in a similar role (admin/account/HR) Basic understanding of accounting and HR functions Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
