Manage front desk reception duties including handling all phone calls, reservations, and greeting guests and visitors in a proactive and professional manner.
Issue official receipts, handle resident complaints, and manage renewals for parking cards and lift access cards.
Respond to emails, take meeting minutes, handle filing, type letters, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Provide administrative support across departments as needed.
Attend to residents' complaints promptly and professionally.
Perform clerical and administrative assignments and other tasks as delegated from time to time.
Working hours Monday to Friday:
9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday:
9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m..
Knowledge of the
Strata Management Act
is an advantage.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and fluent in English.
Hardworking, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
