Job Description



Handling general administrative duties such as filing and data entry in SQL accounting software. Providing support in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and record-keeping. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements. Handle general administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence. Manage petty cash, supplier invoices, and payment records. Support management in any other administrative or accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good communication and analytical skills. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and comfortable with SQL accounting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
