Assist in daily accounting operations and transactions.
Perform posting of expenses, claims, invoices and other financial entries into journals or ledgers with accuracy.
Check and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before processing.
Assist in costing for quotations and other related finance functions.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records for easy retrieval.
Manage day-to-day office administration activities, including documentation, filing, correspondence, and coordination of office tasks.
Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare and draft formal letters for banks, business partners, and other official purposes.
Handle general administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Maintain and update employee records (both soft copy & hard copy).
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, absences, overtime, bonuses, and leave records.
Update HR databases (new hires, resignations, leave balances, etc.).
Provide advice, updates, and guidance to management on relevant government policies and requirements.
Liaise with government authorities such as Immigration, Labour Department, and other agencies for business-related statutory matters, including license renewals and compliance.
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Maintain good interpersonal skills and represent the company professionally.
