Experience in administrative or accounting roles is preferred. Candidates with experience using accounting software, SQL and familiarity with office procedures and equipment are highly desirable.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (SQL), are required.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Speaks Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Daily accounting of income, expense, acknowledging payment receipts, making vendor payments, Bank Reconciliation and staff travel expense settlement.
Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Prepare and updated the report as per the instructions given.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
