Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Organize and maintain an accurate filing system for documents and records, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and manage correspondence, memos, reports, and other administrative documentation.
Respond promptly to walk-in inquiries, WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls from owners, tenants, or vendors.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and maintenance-related activities.
Issue permits for move-ins/outs, renovations, and repair works, and coordinate related appointments.
Manage and address complaints received via walk-ins, WhatsApp, emails, or online forms (e.g., Google Forms).
Support the Building Manager in daily operations and ad hoc assignments as required.
Accounting Duties:
Handle billing and invoicing for property rental, maintenance, and service charges.
Prepare and process payment vouchers, petty cash claims, and tenant collections.
Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly financial reporting.
Support in account closing and audit preparation.
