Job Description

:

1. Daily update customer payment into SQL and bank book - HLB,RHB,PBB,MBB

2. Received cash payment and update into SQL and cash book

3. Checking and posting payment shopee, lazada and tiktok into SQL & tallying eWallet with SQL

4. Key In invoice for PG Mall order into SQL

5. Checking and record all Online sales return

6. Checking all hypermarket credit note and payment voucher listing

7. Submit Weekly Sales & Collection Report - Offline & Online

8. Send out customer and marketplace aging weekly - ensure aging is correctly knock off

9. Email customer Statement of Account before 7th of the month

10. Checking and key in all utilities bill

11. Prepare claim commission & checking on Director's claim

12. Checking all customer invoice and credit not info is correct for E-Invoice submission purpose.

13. Assist in the preparation, filing and custody of admin and accounting documents

14. Assist the supervisor to complete daily routine work and assist in handling admin or accounts works

Requirement :-

Good basic admin & accounting knowledge, experience in admin & accounting work is preferred

(Salary Negotiable based on experience)

Familiar with financial software operation SQL Accounting;

Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, strong communication, understanding and analysis skills;

Have the ability to work and study independently, work carefully and carefully.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
