Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain, organize, and manage both physical and digital documents, including contracts, reports, and important data. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports for management. Assist in scheduling project meetings, collecting data, and preparing project reports. Collaborate with finance staff and other team members to carry out various accounting tasks. Perform data entry, filing, and maintenance of accounting records. Prepare financial documents such as bills, invoices, payment orders, and related paperwork. Assist in carrying out other ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications:

Must possess at least a

Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance

or equivalent.

Female candidates

with 2-3 years of relevant experience or

fresh graduates

are encouraged to apply. Proficient in

Microsoft Word & Excel

; knowledge of

SQL

is an added advantage. Active, eager to learn new things, responsible, and committed. Possess a

valid driving license

.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
