Job Description

issue delivery order for customers. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collection . handle sub contractor's claim handle petty cash's voucher
Manage and reorganize files in the File Room.

Update main contractor's claim in each file. Assist officers to obtain files required by the officers. Assist administrative officers to manage and copy documents. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
