Job Requirements:
Performing office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Assisting with tender documentation and audit.
Summarize workers attendance.
Maintaining the files, and routine bookkeeping.
Have IT skills (Word, Excel, Internet).
Fast learner and works efficiently and independently with less supervision.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and financial information.
Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Able to start work immediately or as soon as possible will be an added advantage.
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
