Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Cum Account professional to manage both administrative tasks and accounting functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in office management, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. This role requires strong organizational abilities, a good understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Provide general administrative support including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Accounting Duties:
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
Prepare and maintain monthly / yearly financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare documentation for audits and assist with audit processes as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles at least 2 years.
Proficiency in accounting software ( SQL ).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
