  • Able to speak and understand in Mandarin.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Experience in HR and admin roles is a plus.
TanggungjawabHuman Resources:
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support employee relations and resolve queries.
  • Assist with performance appraisals and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration:
  • Oversee office operations and maintenance.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Organize company documents and prepare reports.
  • Handle logistics for meetings, events, and travel.
