Issue official receipts (OR), debit/credit notes, and customer invoices.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Update customer payment records and ensure timely reconciliation.
Coordinate with sales and internal teams on billing and collection matters.
Maintain proper filing of AR documents and records.
Support general administrative and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (SPM with relevant experience will be considered).
1-2 years of AR or accounting experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount / SQL).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
